In partnership with the land
A living collaboration rooted in reciprocity, stewardship, and collective becoming.
My home & muse
Even if you never set foot here, the land informs this work.
In Gestalt therapy, we speak of the field — the interconnected system that shapes experience. The land is part of that field.
Trees, soil, river, wind, and fire influence how we arrive, how we soften, how we expand. The land offers steadiness when we feel fragmented and spaciousness when we feel confined.
It does not fix us.
It holds us.
Land-based offerings
This land is stewarded in reciprocity and care.
Land-based retreats and gatherings are experiential and educational offerings rooted in Gestalt philosophy and ecological awareness. They are not psychotherapy sessions, but they are relational spaces where reflection, dialogue, and embodied practice unfold in connection with the more-than-human world.
We gather around fire. We walk forest paths. We sit by riverbanks. The land becomes part of the conversation.
The medicine
Here, we slow down.
We walk. We sit by water. We listen to what emerges when the nervous system is no longer compressed by walls and clocks.
Sometimes the most meaningful shifts happen not because something was solved — but because something was finally allowed.
Becoming Community
Becoming Community is the co-creative land project that lives alongside this practice.
It is a collective rooted in stewardship, reciprocity, and shared responsibility — guided by the understanding that healing is not individual alone, but communal and ecological.
